Need to return an item?

Contact the store where you placed your order

Use the contact information in your order confirmation or on the store’s website. Give the store your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. The store can then record and review your request in ReturnSort.

This page does not submit a request or check an order. Only the store can decide whether to approve a return, exchange, credit, or refund.
